30mins spinning session incorporating 2 maximum effort pieces, one 8 minutes and one 5 minutes. Hardcore! Really pushed myself, but hard to tell in terms of HR as so much lower on the bike. Was pretty knackered at the end of each one. The boys were doing erg tests so they had the fan, so was also pretty grim: I think I was dripping off three points at once on my face at one point. eugh!
Wrist swelling almost completely gone: slight puffiness remaining, which will hopefully go down in the next day or so, want to get some water training going again before Twickenham next weekend!
